Refund Policy

If an object is not what you hoped it would be, you have seven days from delivery to tell us. Write to us with your order number, and we will send return instructions the same way we send everything: plainly.

Returned objects should be unused and in their original packaging. Once a piece reaches the garage and passes inspection, the refund issues to your original payment method within seven to ten business days.

Damaged in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, send photographs within forty-eight hours of delivery. A replacement leaves the garage at no charge; the damaged piece is ours to worry about, not yours.

Made to order

Objects marked made-to-order on their page are exchange-only, unless they arrive damaged.
